He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, and further advanced his academic credentials by earning an MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University (LASU).

He is a Chartered Accountant, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), reflecting his strong professional grounding in both accounting and taxation.

With more than 23 years of professional experience, Mr. Ezeako has developed expertise in financial management, taxation, auditing, and strategic planning.
